Today I walked to joy.
I was living a life full of sorrow, anger, despair, grief.
My son passed almost three years ago and my life changed.
I wanted to be pasted all the grief, I was denying it.
I was pretending that it wasn't there.
I worked at a job that no longer fulfilled me, but helped to bring
me down.
I (very skeptically) took the 10 week intensive form Barbara Rose.
I learned about myself, where I was in my path, what I really wanted
to be doing, what would bring me joy and fulfillment.
Every day I go for walks, I walked cried, sobbed, and listened to my
heart.
I quit my job yesterday and today the walk was so different, I
realized walked to joy.
You can too. No matter where you are in your life you can have the
life you desire.
Not by denial of where you are, but by being totally aware of what
you are creating.
I encourage anyone and everyone to take the absolutely best gift

It has been such a blessing to have found you and the HSC !

The changes that have occurred have been amazing. When I read about this course in your email, I did not know anything about Higher Self Communication. And then as we journaled and I started asking questions and getting answers, I started to face fears and anger and resentment that had been buried so deep that I did not know it was there. As that melted away, I am finding that I see life through different eyes. And I also find that no matter what happens during the day, be it "good or bad", there is this little core of joy inside of me that does not go away, it is like a little candle that is burning, and I like it so much that I am going to work on making it burn brighter -- it has caused me to start speaking my truth -- to not be silent when something happens that doesn't work for me -- the flame just burns a little brighter each time. What an awesome feeling !! I know that there is much more that lies buried and it is so wonderful to have a source to turn to for help with just a pen and paper.

I need to take a moment and chime in here with Jan..

These warm, loving, passionate feelings of gratitude towards Barbara and what she is doing for all of us on planet earth and beyond, is the most loving, that I have had yet to EXPERIENCE in my 49 years of life. Everything spoken is with the most deep profound truth, and given with every ounce of sincerity and love. SHARING is an understatement for what she does for us. I wouldn't change my experience learning from Barbara for 200 million dollars, just as she always says, she wouldn't change her work for 200 million dollars!! I finally feel pure love and joy in my heart, as I feel Barbara projecting it from her own personal being onto us. There's no greater sense of sharing than this!!

I was so thrilled with last week's session when you introduced the technique to communicate with our Higher Power. I actually had done it in the past, following instructions from your website. Yet, I didn't believe it. I felt I was making it all up.

I am "so" looking forward to taking the 10 week certification

beginning Jan 15th and I guess that would be the greatest

compliment or attesting to the HSC Intensive that I have

just taken. There are so many wonderful things I've learned

from the course: getting in conscious contact with Higher

Self, God, the Universe, Christ Consiousness, Mother/Father God, discerning whether Ego is speaking to me or God is speaking to me through the writings, writing Dear God letters more often to increase my "God Wattage", living in the now, not being attached to outcomes, learning what this event or circumstance means, why it is in my life

from the higher perspective and how to transform it to

create my greatest good and that of all others.

This course is a BLESSING! Also, your personal "downloads" for each of us is a plus!

Hi, all...

I wanted to express somehow (although words don't do it justice really) how great it is to know you all. Although some of us are just meeting, and not all of you have heard from me, I feel like we are all a family. I've almost completed a ten-week intensive with Barbara and four other members of this list. I have to say that it has brought me some of the most lasting peace... something that I NEVER expected to find on this earth. I struggle with clinical depression, and this week I felt very, very lost... I even completely forgot about my appointment with Barbara. (I know this is okay because I was in the wrong space to have a good discussion with her.) I spent two hours with the group yesterday and I came away feeling so centered and so loved. Barbara, Karen, Denise, Sydney and Jan have become like a family to me. Higher Self Communication is so very personal and individual and yet I know that we have come so far TOGETHER.

It's the synthesis of the experience of helping each other that brings real joy. I know that everything I say on that phone line is intuitively chosen and absolutely the perfect thing for everyone else on the call to hear. It's something I've not found anywhere else, and I will cherish this experience forever. I

really will.

For those of you who are considering studying with Barbara more formally, DO IT. It will be an amazing gift, and you will be proud to have given that gift to yourself. THAT is an expression of self-love.

I love you all. I truly do. Here is a community unlike any I've found on the Internet, and I have been very wired for the past twelve years. Love just flows from every single message of this group... because to reach out with a question is an act of faith in yourself, saying, "I know where I am, and I'm ready to step forward, with this group as my guide."

I'm brimming over with emotion right now. And it's a feeling of safety, comfort, peace, joy, and knowing that I have found a home here. Rarely have I felt something this amazing. I hope to be able to get to know each and every one of you so that I can share this feeling with you personally.

I can honestly say that since my consultation with Barbara, my life has been completely different. This was not a glow that wears off after a few hours or a day. This was a glow that grew with each passing moment. She was able to validate time after time that she was indeed channeling God's messages to me. She is able to give advice on what to do next, which is extremely helpful if you really want to take action to transform your life. I had been seeking a Spiritual Teacher and asked the Universe for assistance. This is how I came to find Barbara's beautiful and inspiring website.
