I CARE™ GLOBAL INITIATIVE I CAN ACHIEVE REAL EXCELLENCE

On August 29, 2007 Dr. Barbara Rose founded I CARE™ (I Can Achieve Real Excellence)
Global Initiative as part of The Rose Group and Institute of Higher Self Communication to uplift
and empower the downtrodden globally to ensure that the downtrodden rise above their difficulties, and achieve excellence
from the inside out. AUTHORS IN ACTION has been added to I CARE humanitarian efforts providing in person speaking events
free of charge to people with cancer and victims of domestic abuse.
Empowering the downtrodden with free books and event passes for
victims of domestic abuse and people with cancer.

to uplift the downtrodden, to give them the tools and education they need
will enable them to re-create their lives in the most positive ways. I CARE is
about making a difference for the people who need it most.
