Tuition fees start at $275 US. You can select the time
length of the session when registering below.
If you are accepted, your payment will be applied in full towards your private sessions. If you are
not accepted for any reason, your tuition will be refunded to you in full within 24 hours, or on the next business day. If
you withdraw after applying or at any time all payments are non-refundable.
Dr. Rose does NOT take on every client who wishes to receive her services.

charges to access tele-seminars, weekly and monthly private sessions with Barbara. (Many service providers now offer inexpensive
monthly, unlimited plans, or you can obtain an MCI phone card for approximately 3 cents per minute. If you live outside of
the USA, there are several phone cards that have very low calling rates for calls into the USA.)
Upon acceptance, you will receive an email giving
you your session date and time. Please reply keeping the full body of the email in tact to either confirm your session time,
or to request an alternate date and/or time slot.

upon the restoration of telecommunication and electrical services. We cannot give refunds for situations beyond our control,
