Bearing special significance in Barbara’s heart when she wasinducted
into Kappa Tau Alpha National Honor Society in Journalism and Mass Communication, (March 31, 2001) is from a passage
from KTA newsletter – Special Issue For New Initiates, copied verbatim, with the core message in red type below. "You
have earned your membership by your exemplary scholarship. You are a member of Kappa Tau Alpha for life. No annual dues are
expected. In all likelihood, this is the last contact you'll have with the national office..."
"Exemplars
In your induction into Kappa Tau Alpha you have pledged your allegiance to the highest ideals
of journalism and communication. It was Socrates, the mentor of Plato, who insisted on the marriage of knowledge to ethics.
To him we are indebted for this great conception which comes to us as a shining maxim: "The unexamined life is not worth
living."
"To my mind the Socratic ideal
of 'the examined life' synthesizes the cardinal precepts of professional journalistic practice. You have today pledged
your allegiance to worthy utterance- utterance marked by the truthfulness, fairness, and artistry. To honor these standards
in your own professional life – whether in reportage or commentary or advertising – will make each of you an exemplar
of 'the examined life.' The greatest adventure in life is, after all, the adventure of the human intellect and the
human spirit. You are to be congratulated on having proved your worthiness in this great adventure. You are, as it were, the
crème de la crème of your own student population.
And your induction into Kappa Tau Alpha writes yet another chapter in your instructors' steadfast faith in the
great Socratic ideal of 'the examined life.'
"We
are all of us proud of your individual achievement. You are exemplars of an honorable breed of men and women – a fraternity whose
business it is, through the spoken and printed word, to make truth prevail in the world in which it moves and has its being.
You are in the larger sense therefore exemplars of the great Socratic ideal of 'the examined life.'
"We salute you and wish you Godspeed."
- Ralph T. Eubanks, professor emeritus.

Dr. Barbara Rose was born and raised in Bayside, New York. Since early childhood she was drawn to highly spiritual
books. She lived in Lugano, Switzerland, and traveled most of the world while attending Franklin College. She was an honor
student at The American University in Washington D.C. School of International Service. She then became an entrepreneur in
the publishing industry as President of The Pennsylvania Yellow Pages. While carrying her first child, she sold her company
to be a stay-at-home mom. In 1991 she divorced her husband while her two children were still in diapers.
As a stay-at-home single mom, Barbara pursued a
career in film and television acting. She became a member of Screen Actors Guild (SAG), American Federation of Television
and Radio Artists (AFTRA), while appearing in numerous CBS prime time television Sit-Com’s, feature films, and plays
at Playhouse West. Barbara created the first Mentor/Mentee Mixer, and was Director of Submissions for the PSA (Public Service
Announcement Committee) while on the Board of Directors with Women in Film in Los Angeles. She was also a Wish Grantor for
The Starlight Foundation in Los Angeles, granting a final wish for a girl who later died of Leukemia.
While living in Los Angeles, Barbara also became more deeply
drawn to spiritual study. She studied under Aeton, at the Kaballah Center in Los Angeles, and read between five to six books
per week covering a wide spectrum of spiritual paths.
In 1994 Barbara consulted with a highly respected psychic medium,
Bill Burns, who told her that she would be bringing through information from her higher self (God), via her writings and public
speaking engagements, to raise the spiritual consciousness of people on Earth. At that time, Barbara did not know what a "higher
self" was, and although she believed in God, she could not fathom that she would receive direct communication. She simply
could not relate to what she was told. Barbara began to "bring through" information from God in 1994 in her writings, and
in speech, bringing through information to friends, although she had no intention at that time to make that her life's
work.
In 1996, Barbara was hit with a brutal and unwarranted child
custody litigation suit after seeking the original amount of child support stipulated in her divorce papers. Without
the funds for proper legal representation, Barbara unjustly lost primary custody of her two small children, she was given
visitation rights. She felt as if she had lost her soul, and nearly took her own life over the injustice.
During Barbara's darkest moments, while
trying to understand "why" this injustice happened to her, she decided to "test" her abilities to receive
Divine information by writing letters to God asking for answers. She received volumes of information, answers, and was told
she would do much to raise the spiritual consciousness of people on Earth.
Barbara’s entire life and reality fell apart after losing everything on the outside.
She felt a deep inner shift from ego into Soul. Determined to expose injustice within society Barbara decided to forgo a career
as an actress. She felt a deep calling in her soul to be of service and help humanity rise from within.
In 1998 Barbara was determined to rise from her
devastation and help parents who were being railroaded in unwarranted child custody cases. She founded and was Chair of the
Child Custody Committee with National Organization for Women. As a result of national meetings, Barbara was receiving calls
every day from other mothers who went through the same scenario as Barbara did. Barbara was working with legislation drafting
bills and founded American People for Family Justice Child Legislation. She counseled hundreds of parents from all over the
United States via telephone completely free of charge. 99% were mothers. She was helping them when they had nowhere else to
turn. When Barbara had an appointment with a legislative representative to sponsor the bills, the representative had to cancel
the appointment due to a large building being built and needed commercial zoning. Barbara felt infuriated, and this fueled
her determination to make a difference. It was during this time that Barbara went back to college to become a Broadcast Journalist.
She wanted to have a voice to help inspire all people who were down. While an Honor Student at Florida International University
School of Journalism and Mass Communication her email address was Borntoinspire@hotmail.com not knowing at the time that her life's work and direction was about to bloom while she has been fueled with
passion to make a difference for others.
In 1998 she became a legally ordained Minister with Universal Life Church, feeling a deep spiritual calling within,
while she then continued
her education and began her formal studies in Metaphysics towards her BS, MS and Ph.D. in March 1998 with American Institute
of Holistic Theology. In 1999 she was also an honor student at Florida Atlantic University with a double major in Political
Science specializing in Middle East Studies, and Mass Communication. It was in the summer of 2000 that Barbara went to Israel
and interviewed Christian refugees that fled from genocide and persecution in Southern Lebanon. Barbara brought her interviews
and accounts against human rights to CNN.

Barbara wanted to further expose injustice for the voiceless
masses that were railroaded. She was then accepted to the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Florida International
University. With a 3.8 GPA, Barbara was inducted into Kappa Tau Alpha National Honor Society in Journalism and Mass Communication.
She was approved to begin an internship with CNN.
Barbara worked behind the scenes volunteering her time with CNN Miami Bureau during the 2000 Presidential election re-count
debacle. She brought breaking news which was exposed on air by Greta Van Susteren. During this time, Barbara learned that
she could not voice her opinion as a broadcast journalist, she could only report the news, period.
AOL then acquired CNN and temporarily suspended the internship
program in all bureaus to re-structure the news organization.
By this time, Barbara had been doing writings beginning with the words: "Dear God"
every single day for over two years. She received advance written information which all came to pass. Barbara awoke one morning
with a pinched-nerve in her neck, unable to move. She did a writing, and was told: "It was time" to write her first
book: Individual Power. Barbara was then guided to write her next book: If God Was Like Man.
Barbara was faced with a critical life changing decision: to
either be a broadcast journalist, or to follow the truth in her heart and speak out to help humanity. Barbara
was petrified to expose that she received information from God in her writings. She went through a deep transformation to
follow the truth in her heart, and realized that she did not have to be a broadcast journalist to make a difference for humanity.
Barbara discovered her true passion – to Inspire people.
In 2001 she launched her Website BornToInspire.com and
decided to devote the remainder of her life’s work to inspiring people and uplifting humanity via her books, public
speaking engagements, spiritual intensives, articles and seminars. She had thousands of subscribers who span over 100 countries.

to making this available to the masses around the world.

lives in the areas of personal transformation, consciousness, relationships, and spiritual awakening.
Barbara has a wide and well rounded traditional educational
background. However, she felt the incorporation of Higher Self Communication, the study and integration of
humanity's God-Nature into people's personal transformation and spiritual evolution was missing. On September
30, 2005 she completed her BS, MS, and Ph.D. in Metaphysics from American Institute of Holistic Theology, and received her
Doctorate degree. Barbara created the term six-senseitis - where people are underfunctioning using just their
five senses. This is listed in Merriam Webster's OnLine Dictionary.
On January 10, 2006, Barbara released her book Know Yourself: A Woman's Guide to Wholeness,
Radiance & Supreme Confidence On February 9, 2006 it became an Amazon # 1 personal transformation bestseller.
On August 1, 2006 she released If God Hears Me, I Want an Answer! which became an AmazonReligion & pirituality Bestseller. Her commitment to
authentically empower the masses by receiving direct answers from God (as you personally understand Him/Her to be) based
on the countless lives that have been positively transformed as a result of her work in this area, is her heartfelt mission
to continue to spread this information globally.
Dr. Barbara Rose follows the pure guidance from God and teaches humanity
globally how to receive the same guidance, answers, clarification and direction in order to be authentically empowered as
well as to consciously become one with their Higher Self, and live life as their pure God-Self for each moment that a person
is alive.
Barbara's devotion to helping the masses authentically
and purely empower themselves resulted in her decision to make her bestselling bookIf God Hears Me, I Want

thousands of people in over 100 countries. After several thousand downloads within the first three days, The Rose
